My Retire Years is a personal project from Jerry Kutche, born out of actually going through the run-up to retirement — the paperwork, the decisions, and the dozens of things nobody quite tells you about ahead of time.
This isn’t written by a financial advisor, a CPA, or anyone with professional credentials in this space. It’s a first-person record of navigating things like Social Security timing, Medicare and ACA marketplace transitions, tax withholding elections, and the smaller day-to-day decisions that come with this stage of life — shared in case it helps someone else going through the same thing.
